Flexible working arrangements

  • Depending on the requirements of your project, flexible work is our top priority. That’s why we work a 40-hour week with a flexible time schedule. We support volunteering and focus on compatibility with childcare, sabbaticals and further more.
  • At Drescher everyone gets good IT equipment right from the start, so that you can work from anywhere without any problems. You are also welcome to work 100% remotely.

Sustainability

  • We are aware of our responsibility towards the environment and society and are constantly developing our company to act in the spirit of sustainability. Therefore, we regularly support regional projects such as “Weihnachten im Schuhkarton”.
  • Internally, we also focus on sustainability and only drink fairly produced coffee. The Degerloch subway stop is right in front of the office, so it is easy for our employees to use public transportation.
