Our guiding principles

Our guiding principles are divided into:

  • our values that show what is important to us
  • our motivations that show what drives us forward
  • our vision that shows where we want to go.

The four pillars of sustainability – people, planet, profit, pattern – frame these three principals of our identity.

In this way, our guiding principles and sustainability intertwine – values, motivations and the vision are conceived and lived in all four sustainability dimensions to achieve socially responsible management.
