us<\/li>\n<li>our <strong>motivations<\/strong> that show what drives us forward<\/li>\n<li>our <strong>vision<\/strong> that shows where we want to go.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The four pillars of sustainability \u2013 people, planet, profit, pattern &#8211; frame these three principals of our identity.<\/p>\n<p>In this way, our guiding principles and sustainability intertwine &#8211; <strong>values, motivations and the vision are conceived and lived in all four sustainability dimensions<\/strong> to achieve socially responsible management.<\/p>\n\n<div
