Use Case 2: Implementation of Strategy Execution in the Corporate Business Groups
„Focus on objectives providing real and significant progress “
The digitization department of an automotive OEM was faced with the task of matching the goals of individual departments with those of the group and determining responsibilities. Many different methods were first introduced in recent years, but then not followed up sufficiently. This led to many goals that were not clearly described and measurable, and often conflicted with each other. These obstacles prevented our client from achieving a coordinated, transparent and actionable strategy implementation.
Using our methodology including self-developed, ambitious goals increased the acceptance and motivation of the responsible parties for joint implementation. As part of Strategy Execution, the agile control process ensures that the goals are continuously implemented and verified. This year, we had the opportunity to accompany the process for the second time already. The efficiency demonstrated also impressed us, despite the remote format and the additional task of integrating the corporate strategy into the execution process.
The customer feedback clearly speaks for itself:
- “The connection of measures and strategic goals has become more comprehensible and can be communicated effectively to the teams”
- “Strategic goals are now becoming tangible and the way we can achieve them has been outlined”
- “We pursue common goals as a team”
